CANDIDPRO STARTER 4 CASE BUNDLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bundle Inclusions:
   
   
   1. The CandidPro Starter 4 Case Bundle includes: (a) Four (4) comprehensive Cases within the CandidPro platform, each valued at $999 USD. Collectively, these four Cases shall be referred to as “Bundle Cases.”
   
   
2. Bundle Fee:
   
   
   1. The total fee for the Bundle is $3,996 USD, exclusive of applicable taxes or government tariffs.
   
   
   2. Payment for the Bundle must be made in full at the time of purchase through the designated payment channels provided by CandidPro. The Practice may be invoiced separately for any applicable taxes associated with the goods or services provided under this agreement, with payment due within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
   
   
3. Availability: The Bundle is available for purchase exclusively to practices within the first thirty (30) days of their initial engagement with the CandidPro platform.


4. Duration: The validity of the Bundle shall be limited to the earlier of: (a) One-hundred (100) days from the date of purchase of the Bundle Cases; or (b) The date on which all Bundle Cases have been utilized by the Practice.


5. Non-transferable: The Bundle is non-transferable and may solely be utilized by the registered Practice. Each Practice is eligible to purchase only one (1) Bundle.


6. Use of Information: The Practice acknowledges and consents that data generated, collected, or shared in connection with the use of the Bundle may be utilized by CandidPro for purposes of research, analysis, and enhancement of the CandidPro platform.


7. Cancellation and Refund Policy: The Bundle Fee is not refundable under any circumstances.


8. Amendments:
   
   
   1. CandidPro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Notice of any changes will be provided to the Practice. Continued use of the Bundle Cases following such notice shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
   
   

TEAM CASE COUPON TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Coupon Terms
   
   
   1. The Team Case Coupon (hereinafter referred to as the "Coupon") entitles the holder to a reduced fee of a Team Case to $800 USD, exclusive of any applicable taxes.


2. Redemption
   
   
   1. The Coupon is valid for a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of issuance.
   
   
   2. The Coupon may be redeemed only once (1) by the holder.
   
   
3. Eligibility
   
   
   1. The Coupon may only be used by an employee of the Practice redeeming the Coupon.
   
   
   2. In the event the Team Case is used by the Practice for a non-employee, CandidPro reserves the right to charge the Practice the difference between the reduced Team Case fee of $800 and the applicable case fee in effect at the time of case approval.
   
   
4. General Conditions
   
   
   1. The Coupon is non-transferable and is only valid for use by the designated Practice.
   
   
   2. CandidPro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to withdraw the Coupon at any time, with notice provided to the Practice. Continued use of the Coupon following such notice shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
